Rasheed J. Griffith, CAMS is the Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer of Merklehedge - a High-Frequency Trading firm. Griffith is a Non-resident Senior Fellow at the Inter-American Dialogue (Washington, D.C.); a Visiting Research Fellow at Future Forum (Phnom Penh, Cambodia), and an Emergent Ventures Fellow with the Mercatus Center of George Mason University (Virginia, USA). He has testified before the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission (USCC). He has written several articles and book chapters on geoeconomics which have appeared in The Diplomat, Lawfare, Jamestown China Brief, and others. Griffith is Barbadian, 28 years old, and currently lives in Panama.
